Paul Scott
Previous owner of Geneva Adjustment Service, Paul has been investigating and adjusting claims for more than 35 years. His breadth of experience includes residential/commercial property losses and liability claims including casualty and bodily injury. His extended experience, well-honed claim analysis and prodigious memory give him the privileged position of being widely consulted by other claim professionals handling problematic claims. His excellent negotiating skills serve him well in bringing claims to a fair and efficient conclusion. Always ready with a joke or humorous story, Paul’s ability to instantly put others at ease facilitates smooth claim investigation and resolution.
David Hagel
Current owner of Geneva Adjustment Service LLC, Dave has been handling claims for ten years under Paul’s tutelage and is well-versed in property claims of all types including those involving liability. His career path included being an associate pastor for 13 years followed by a winery partnership for eight years. He is also a registered nurse (RN), currently providing hemodialysis on a per diem basis at Geneva General Hospital. This work experience has exposed him to a broad spectrum of people often facing difficult life situations. Balancing empathy with practicality, Dave uses his skill set to navigate claims treating people with sensitivity while working within the confines of policy parameters. Proficient in Xactimate, Dave is detail focused providing comprehensive claim adjustments and thorough reporting.
