TIMELY CLAIM PROCESSING

We acknowledge claim assignments within 1 full business day. After hours assignments accepted by phone. Insureds are contacted within 24 hours of claim acknowledgement. Losses are inspected within three business days of assignment. Emergent claims will be seen as soon as possible and mitigation addressed at first contact. An initial report is provided within 1 week of assignment and every thirty days thereafter unless directed otherwise. Diligent communication is maintained with each carrier in accordance with their communicated expectations.

THOROUGH ASSESSMENT

Loss locations are thoroughly photographed providing macro- and micro-perspectives of the the risk and loss. Potential hazards are noted. Origin, cause of loss, and other contributing factors are specifically identified. Claimants are questioned in detail and written or recorded statements are secured. Witnesses are interviewed and experts consulted as appropriate. Subrogation opportunities are identified early. Evidence is sequestered and every effort will be made to avoid scene spoilation.

ASTUTE ANALYSIS

All relevant policy coverage forms are carefully reviewed. Coverage recommendations are based on careful analysis of the specific policy language pertaining to the merits of the claim. Previous loss situations, policy periods, pre-existing damage potential, insurable interest, and policy conditions are carefully evaluated. Carrier's specific interpretations of policy particulars are incorporated.

Our goal is to fairly evaluate the merits of any claim in light of legal precedent and policy parameters and to accurately identify the value of loss to the best of our ability.
